The Main Hall and West Wing are fully interconnected. On the ground floor, there’s a connecting door between the West Snug Room and the Galley leading to the Main Hall kitchen. Upstairs, on the first floor, there is a second internal door linking the two areas as well. These doors will be opened up for your stay.

The estate’s historic charm is complemented by contemporary home comforts, a snooker room and an indoor heated swimming pool ensuring a memorable stay for all.

The Main Hall and Theatre exudes elegance with its grand entrance hall leading to multiple reception rooms, including a formal drawing room, a cozy sitting room, and a stately dining room capable of seating all guests. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, perfect for preparing gourmet meals. Additional amenities include a snooker room, beautiful conservatory and a quaint library, offering ample entertainment options.
The interconnecting West Wing offers glorious views over the park towards the lake and woodland. It features a spacious living area, a well-appointed kitchen diner suitable for large groups. The decor combines traditional elegance with modern amenities, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Outside
The estate boasts beautifully landscaped gardens, perfect for leisurely strolls. Guests also have access to a private indoor heated swimming pool, providing a refreshing retreat all year-round. The Main Hall and West Wing has a wealth of private outdoor dining spaces and coal BBQ facilities ideal for al fresco dining. Head over to the Gravel Garden, where you can unwind at the private outdoor bar while taking in stunning views across the estate. From spring through to autumn, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxed evening drink before indulging in a delightful dinner. Ample free parking is available on-site for guests’ convenience.

Perfect for a family celebration
“We recently organised a small family wedding here and the house was perfect. The team went out of their way to accommodate us. We rented out the main hall and theatre, plus the west wing, which they opened up so the entire building was available to us. The kids loved swimming in the pool every day, and having it to ourselves with our own time slot was such a treat. There is so much room to break off into smaller groups, but also lovely big spaces for big family meals, and room to host a 30-person wedding dinner.”
Beautiful Location and fantastic property
“I have just come back from staying at Sedgeford Hall for a week. We hired both sides of the house (Main Hall, Theatre, and West Wing) so that we could ensure that we had the house exclusively to ourselves. We had a large party for my 50th Birthday on the Saturday and were easily able to accommodate 33 people—we hired three extra z beds. The focal point of the whole house would be the large kitchen in the centre which opens out to an enclosed garden (safe for children). It also opens out at the back to the sunken garden which was stunning. All my guests were very impressed and all loved the exclusive access to the swimming pool. This property and location is amazing and I am so glad we hired it for the week.”

The main house, West Wing, and theatre were clean and immaculate throughout, with care taken for health and safety, given the circumstances. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and there was every comfort for us all. We sang carols around the piano, cooked a Christmas dinner in the spacious kitchen, went for lovely walks, swam in the pool, and generally rested and enjoyed being together in such beautiful surroundings. We have always been treated with care and extreme kindness and helpfulness by the staff at Sedgeford Hall and can’t recommend them more highly. Thank you to you all.”
